experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Performance Indicators<\/u><\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Retention Rate<\/strong>: Percentage of expiring contract renewals vs drop offs (for subscription business models)<ul><li><strong>Customer Satisfaction Rate<\/strong>: How satisfied customers are with your product or service (you can use client surveys to track this metric)<\/li><\/ul><ul><li><strong>Time to Resolution<\/strong>: How long it took to resolve customer support tickets<\/li><\/ul><ul><li><strong>Support Calls: <\/strong>Number of calls made in response to requests for support<\/li><\/ul><ul><li><strong>Employee Satisfaction: <\/strong>measured with internal surveys and interviews with a handful of qualifying questions to understand what makes them happy or unhappy.<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Number of New Closed Deals: <\/strong>How many qualified leads result in closing a deal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Specifications (Qualifications, Experience)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1-2 years Working experience as a Sales Account Executive, or a similar role in the Sales industry<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent negotiation and analytical skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge and experience of using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extensive understanding of sales performance metrics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluent command of English language<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Work Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Working hours: from Sunday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 5 pm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Location: Downtown &#8211;
