Also responsible<br>for qualifying and developing target Accounts and inbound leads to create sales-ready<br>meetings and opportunities<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Identifying new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities through<br>Apollo\/LinkedIn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generate a list of accurate leads with a contact number\/data for the client assigned to<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, social networks, or other forms of<br>communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more<br>qualified leads<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contacting leads, qualifying them as prospects, educating prospects about the product<br>or service<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Schedule meeting with executive team when a lead reaches a qualified stage (Update<br>Client\/Executive calendar &#8211; Send email with all required information &#8211; Update Slack)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain the client database to make sure that the team can access current information<br>on all leads<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upload all the client\u2019s list\/information to the CRM then add the required list on Apollo<br>sequence to build the automated process (meeting-emails)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Providing prompt and responses to all customers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promoting the clients\u2019 products and services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creating relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their<br>interests and viability to drive sales<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Following up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not purchase any<br>goods or services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing<br>customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Achieve the required number of activities per [day\/week\/month] and record all the data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and our clients<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Schedule meetings for Account Executives in order to close the deals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide prompt phone\/email follow-up to specific leads and adequately document and<br>track all daily activities in (sales cubicle CRM)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct an intensive research of the prospective client&#8217;s company background to<br>ensure it matches the client&#8217;s criteria<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create and develop customer awareness programs for clients\u2019 products or services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Providing feedback to the Sales department to improve the processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional responsibilities\/tasks assigned by the direct manager as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Specifications (Qualifications, Experience)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in business administration or an equivalent field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>0-1 year experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in Sales \/ Business Development \/ Marketing \/ Customer Service or related careers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent customer service skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong organizational skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent time management skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluent command of English language<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><!-- .vgblk-rw-wrapper -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Title: SDS \/Sales Development Specialist\/Business Development SpecialistDepartment: Sales DevelopmentReports to: Operation ManagerEmployment status: Full timeJob level: Junior Job PurposeEstablishing networks with industry specialists, maintaining valued customer relationships.Initiate exploratory calls with prospects to see if they&#8217;d be an ideal customer.
