Job Purpose

As a Sales Manager, you will drive sales unit performance and manage account targets. You will lead the SDS team in generating leads for new and existing customers. Collaborating on sales forecasting, analytics, and CRM maintenance, you’ll implement process improvements for efficient task completion. Your role is crucial in maximizing sales productivity and achieving objectives.

Job Description:

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and upper management to identify strategic business goals.
  2. Provide support in setting and formulating operational objectives for efficient execution.
  3. Work closely with senior team members to identify process improvement and sales training opportunities.
  4. Implement and manage CRM tools to optimize opportunities and foster strong customer relationships.
  5. Provide direction and leadership to the Sales Seniors, establishing clear goals aligned with corporate/client direction.
  6. Coordinate and manage all sales activities and programs, including training initiatives and continuing education events.
  7. Conduct effective coaching sessions to empower salespeople and enhance their ability to deliver value to prospects.
  8. Stay updated on the current CRM program, ensuring information accuracy and collaborating with the sales team.
  9. Support Sales development and lead generation efforts, leveraging various sources and data mining techniques.
  10. Evaluate tools for delivering recommended scripts, guidance, emails, and content based on prospect’s sales process stage.
  11. Coordinate and manage sales meeting agenda as directed by sales leadership.
  12. Assess tool usage and capabilities to equip the sales team with the necessary resources for success.
  13. Work closely with senior team members to ensure appropriate resourcing for each client, considering skill sets and fit.
  14. Develop and maintain monthly and quarterly reports, focusing on Key Performance Indicators.
  15. Cultivate meaningful relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and retention.
  16. Proactively address client complaints and concerns to enhance the overall client experience.
  17. Ensure timely and successful delivery of services based on client needs and objectives.
  18. Maintain a high standard of customer service through regular follow-up with clients.

Performance Indicators

  1. Sales revenue: The amount of revenue generated by the SDRs under the Sales Operations Manager’s supervision is a key performance indicator. It measures the overall success of the sales team in meeting business goals.
  2. Sales cycle length: This measures the time it takes to close a sale, from initial contact to contract signing. A shorter sales cycle indicates a more efficient sales process and higher productivity.
  3. Customer retention rate: This measures the percentage of existing clients who continue to do business with the company over time. A high retention rate indicates strong customer relationships and satisfaction.
  4. Sales team productivity: This measures the performance of the sales team in terms of the number of sales calls made, the number of leads generated, and the number of deals closed.
  5. CRM utilization: This measures the effectiveness of the Sales Operations Manager in implementing and managing CRM tools to maximize opportunities and customer relationships.
  6. Training effectiveness: This measures the effectiveness of the Sales Operations Manager in designing and delivering training programs that help salespeople retain information and turn it into value for prospects. It measures the sales team’s ability to use the knowledge gained from training to drive sales growth.

Specifications (Qualifications, Experience)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or an equivalent field.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales and operation, 2 Years as a Sales Manager.
  • Strong Technical skills combined with the sales skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
  • Team working skills and a collaborative approach to work
  • Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients
  • Resourceful, with outstanding research skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Work Conditions

  • Working hours: from Sunday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 5 pm
  • Location: Maadi – Cairo
