Job Purpose
Establishing networks with industry specialists, maintaining valued customer relationships.
Initiate exploratory calls with prospects to see if they’d be an ideal customer. Also responsible
for qualifying and developing target Accounts and inbound leads to create sales-ready
meetings and opportunities

Job Description:

  1. Identifying new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities through
    Apollo/LinkedIn
  2. Generate a list of accurate leads with a contact number/data for the client assigned to
  3. Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, social networks, or other forms of
    communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more
    qualified leads
  4. Contacting leads, qualifying them as prospects, educating prospects about the product
    or service
  5. Schedule meeting with executive team when a lead reaches a qualified stage (Update
    Client/Executive calendar – Send email with all required information – Update Slack)
  6. Maintain the client database to make sure that the team can access current information
    on all leads
  7. Upload all the client’s list/information to the CRM then add the required list on Apollo
    sequence to build the automated process (meeting-emails)
  8. Providing prompt and responses to all customers
  9. Promoting the clients’ products and services
  10. Creating relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their
    interests and viability to drive sales
  11. Following up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not purchase any
    goods or services
  12. Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing
    customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs
  13. Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
  14. Achieve the required number of activities per [day/week/month] and record all the data
  15. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and our clients
  16. Schedule meetings for Account Executives in order to close the deals
  17. Provide prompt phone/email follow-up to specific leads and adequately document and
    track all daily activities in (sales cubicle CRM)
  18. Conduct an intensive research of the prospective client’s company background to
    ensure it matches the client’s criteria
  19. Create and develop customer awareness programs for clients’ products or services
  20. Providing feedback to the Sales department to improve the processes
  21. Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management
  22. Additional responsibilities/tasks assigned by the direct manager as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or an equivalent field.
