Job Purpose

He/She is responsible for building relationships with new clients and managing relationships with existing ones, planning and coordinating account activity, generating sales opportunities, and reporting status of accounts on a regular basis, identifying gaps and growth potential, and exploring untapped opportunities

Job Description:

  1. Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners by understanding their focus and anticipating their needs
  2. Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow
  3. Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and to identify opportunities
  4. Maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners
  5. Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
  6. Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs
  7. Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation
  8. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  9. Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
  10. Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed Using contacts to generate new business
  11. Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
  12. Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
  13. Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation
  14. Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
  15. Generate new business for our clients using existing and potential customer networks
  16. Developing sales strategies and setting quotas
  17. Closing the leads generated by the Business development team
  18. Managing the entire sales cycle after meeting with a potential client to secure a deal
  19. Monitor the work progress of Business Development Specialists assigned to his accounts
  20. Suggesting innovative ways to increase sales and enhance clients’ experience.
  21. Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data

Performance Indicators

  • Retention Rate: Percentage of expiring contract renewals vs drop offs (for subscription business models)
    • Customer Satisfaction Rate: How satisfied customers are with your product or service (you can use client surveys to track this metric)
    • Time to Resolution: How long it took to resolve customer support tickets
    • Support Calls: Number of calls made in response to requests for support
    • Employee Satisfaction: measured with internal surveys and interviews with a handful of qualifying questions to understand what makes them happy or unhappy.
    • Number of New Closed Deals: How many qualified leads result in closing a deal

Specifications (Qualifications, Experience)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1-2 years Working experience as a Sales Account Executive, or a similar role in the Sales industry
  • Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Knowledge and experience of using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Extensive understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Fluent command of English language

Work Conditions

  • Working hours: from Sunday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 5 pm
  • Location: Downtown – Cairo
